The decorated panels are then kiln fired where careful attention guarantees that the glass is precisely annealed for a lifetime of strength and luster: thus assuring that the image cannot be removed in any way.The panels are then wrapped with solid brass channeling for that 'rich' look , assembled and hand soldered. We use solid brass while others use lead, which eventually wears out over time. Brass is also very environmentally friendly as compared to the potential hazards of other lead soldered products.
